Nanny's Pavillion - Jakarta. (Western, Italian Cuisine)

Hello again, guys!

Well, today I want to share with you about my current favorite restaurant. Wherever I go to mall, if I see this restaurant, I'll eat at there.

So yeah, like my title, the restaurant name is Nanny's Pavilion. I love this restaurant because that decoration, it's like vintage sewing room, with pastel color and many cute ornament like yarn, sewing, wool, ect. And the atmosphere in this restaurant always comfy, and warm. That's what I like from that interior.

For that food, actually I love their pasta. I love pasta, and their cook it perfectly so I more love it. Sometimes, I eat something new on there menus to try another food but again, I STILL IN LOVE WITH THEIR PASTA!

Today I wanna to share my recipe which this recipe I used for my final exam in Senior High School (fyi : I'm school at culinary school), and it's delicious especially for you who love salad / vegan. It's easy to make and to prepare too.. So, yeah.. let's check this recipe and enjoy :) INGREDIENTS : GREEN SALAD - Mixed Green Salad (or you can use : lettuce, romaine or any leaf green vegetable for salad) - Orange (peel the skin, and cut the orange follow the shape) HONEY VINAIGRETTE - Pure Honey - Rice White Vinegar - Honey - Lemon - Salt & Pepper OPTIONAL - Red Chili Flakes - Nuts (Almond, Walnut) - Dill (for garnish) HOW TO MAKE : 1.
