Hello guys!

So I want to share with you about my experience in Bali, I went to one of iconic 80's restaurant with Mexican food on it. So we (me & my friend) decided to go to Cosmic Diner in Sanur.

For the first impression, I love the decor with shocking colors, 80's attribute, everything you imagine in 80's it will be there. Service was great, we got some complimentary drinks and popcorn, and even I asked to changed place to 2nd floor, their waiters didn't mind to took my foods & drinks up there. 

So, for the food (from top) :



1. Buttermilk Fried Chicken with Parmesan Buttered Rice
I LOVE THIS FOOD! The chicken was tender with crunchy skin, the buttered rice so yummy but the salad little bit sweet for me (because the dressing i guess), I rather like salty dressing.

2. Spicy Mexican Food
I kinda like this soup but I can't eat much because its too spicy and little bit bitter, maybe because the spices on it. But the filling is much, if you like it you'll satisfied with that.

3. Penne Chicken Mushroom
Pasta al dente, perfect with creamy sauce. The filling is much too, so satisfied your belly!

4. Mary Poppins Milkshake (drink)
We love this milkshake! Sweet with kick of salty, perfecto!

The place is small but comfortable, airy, and minimalist modern with grey color and touch of nature-vintage decoration. But maybe little bit noisy especially in holiday, because the wall from glass so echo much sound. For the food, you will satisfy with the huge portion they have. But I recommended you to choose something familiar with you. 1. Pomegranate and Pistachio Couscous I just think to try something new, and I thought its a small portion. Today I wanna to share my recipe which this recipe I used for my final exam in Senior High School (fyi : I'm school at culinary school), and it's delicious especially for you who love salad / vegan. It's easy to make and to prepare too.. So, yeah.. let's check this recipe and enjoy :) INGREDIENTS : GREEN SALAD - Mixed Green Salad (or you can use : lettuce, romaine or any leaf green vegetable for salad) - Orange (peel the skin, and cut the orange follow the shape) HONEY VINAIGRETTE - Pure Honey - Rice White Vinegar - Honey - Lemon - Salt & Pepper OPTIONAL - Red Chili Flakes - Nuts (Almond, Walnut) - Dill (for garnish) HOW TO MAKE : 1.
