Signora Pasta - Bogor Tengah, Indonesia (Italian Cuisine)

Hi, guys! I'm back!

So today, I want to sharing with you about my experience when I went to Bogor, Indonesia for New Year Eve.

In my first day, I went to a restaurant where I never try before, the name is Signora Pasta. For the name, I know it's a Italian restaurant, and I'm curious about the food. The place itsn't too big, just a small like little home with outdoor place.

For the decoration & interior, its like authentic Italian restaurant. You can feel different atmosphere in there : the brick wall in nude color, vintage square window, wooden table and chair, old cabinet, everything have a touch of vintage thing. Oh, they did a table set up too!

The surprise was, the chef came from Italia. I mean, REALLY? I'm shocked, for sure. Because he went outside the kitchen, and welcoming us with Italian style. We allowed to saw the kitchen too! So I can watched the food cooked directly.  The kitchen is clean, tidy, airy, and wide. Not many people in there, so you can move freely.

For the food, everything is fresh and light. you'll taste it in the first bite. It's simple, clean, and of course delicious.


1. Bruschetta

Bruschetta (IDR 15.000,-)

From the first bite, I love the texture of the bread : it's fluffy and soft. The tomato is sour, fresh and juicy, the garlic give a little bit of hit, the olive oil is combine all well together, and the parsley give a color and freshness too.


2. Gnocchi Al Pomodoro 

Gnocchi Al Pomodoro (IDR 39.000,-)

This is the first time I ate gnocchi and I'm not regret it. The gnocchi is tender, not to tough or to soft, it's perfect cook. The sauce is sour and fresh, the grated cheese give a little salty bite. Overall, I love this dish, everything you want in gnocchi already in one plate. 


3. Scaloppine di Pollo Al Funghi

For the look, maybe is little bit messy, but trust me, the taste absolutely delicious. The mushroom have smoky and earthy flavour, which the taste I'm looking for when eat mushroom. The chicken is juicy and tender, and have a good grill on the skin. With slice of bread, will made your belly full.for sure.

4. Pizza Margherita & Spaghetti Al Pesto

Spaghetti Al Pesto (IDR 45.000,-)

For the pizza, the dough is thin, crunchy on the outside, and soft in the inside. The sauce is sour, light, and fresh of course, so great combo with melted mozzarella. Oh, and they gave a lot of cheese! So satisfy if you're cheese lover. 

5. Pantera Rosa


Pantera Rosa (IDR 27.500,-)

This is a mocktail drink I choose.Its a combination of guava juice, pineapple juice, orange juice, and grenadine syrup. The taste is quite sour, like punch your tongue on the first time, but with grenadine syrup, it's more reduce the sour. So refreshing, colorful, and actually I like it..
